Under 14 Girls Rugby (Years 8 & 9)

Our Under 14 Girls team is for players in Year 8 and Year 9 who are looking to develop their game, challenge themselves and enjoy being part of a competitive and supportive squad.

At this age, players continue to build on their core rugby skills while developing game understanding, teamwork and confidence. Whether you've progressed through our younger age groups or are trying rugby for the first time, you'll be welcomed into a friendly environment where every player is encouraged to reach their potential.

As players move into Under 14s, they begin competing in organised league rugby, providing regular opportunities to test their skills, work as a team and experience competitive match play.

Training times

Training

Wednesdays: 6:00pm – 7:15pm

Sundays

Throughout the season, Sundays are dedicated to either:

League fixtures against clubs across the region.
Training sessions from 11:00am when there isn't a scheduled match.
