The Senior Coaching, management and medical team 2026/27

Season 2026/27 sees Head Coach Alan Steel taking the reins for his first full season after successfully stepping up to the role last season. He will be joined by former New Milton player Ryan Morrell who after his successful journey across County lines to Bournemouth RFC we welcome him back home. We are delighted that Kat Marsh is staying and will not only be an integral part of the coaching team, she will once again Lead the 2nd XV and hopefully will continue the success from last season. Kat brings a huge amount of experience from her role with Bath Rugby. Ben Wainwright will also be sharing his wealth of knowledge to the senior squad. The 1st XV continue in Counties 2, the 2nd XV will compete in Counties 4 following their well deserved promotion from Counties 5. We welcome on-board Graham Stewart and Elliot King as the senior rugby medical team, Steve Owens will once again be First aid support. Everyone will be kept in check by the management team lead by Devan Wright, Rory Thomas and Izzy Elrick. David Page Head of Senior Rugby watching over.
