RFU GMS registration open for 25/26 season
Registration renewal is now open for all players, both age grade and senior. Please renew your registration at your earliest convenience.

How do I renew my adult registration?
Players that have played club rugby in England in any previous season are likely to already have a GMS account. If you think you have an account but do not know the email address associated with it or you need to change the email, please submit a help request.
- Log into GMS
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select your personal dashboard.
- Click the 'Renew Player Registration (Adult)' button to renew your registration.
- Make sure your registration details are correct and review the consent boxes and waivers.
- Click 'save' in the right corner to submit your Club Registration form. Your application will be sent to the club to review.
- If you are a contracted player, you will be required to log in again and approve your contract. You may also need to log in and add attachments, such as a copy of your passport, visa or student/services pass if applicable.
Note: If a player is joining a new club in 2025/26, they should still renew their registration at the club they were registered at in 2024/25. They can then contact their new Club Register who can transfer them to the new club on GMS.
Watch the RFU video for further guidance.
How do I renew Age Grade Registration?
Age Grade Players that were registered in 24/25 can re-register to their club from 1st July 2025 for the 25/26 season.
To get started log in to GMS as your linked parent/guardian account to register or renew your child(children) player registrations. If you need further guidance with how to register/renew registrations, or assistance with resetting your password then please visit Community Rugby Help.
If your child is not linked to your account then please contact your club directly. You club admin will be able to link your accounts (providing that both accounts are linked to the club) so you're able to complete the process.
Watch the RFU video on how to complete this process.
